Springs residents,
During our last meeting the board discussed how we plan to handle requests for leaving the
gates open. Please keep in mind that the board is responsible to adhere to the requirements
and guidelines set out in the HOA documents. As a reminder all decisions made by the board
will be made in adherence with our governing documents and the current laws. Please keep
this in mind if you have concerns with the decisions made by the board. On issues concerning
the gates, we will follow these guidelines:

Gates will continue to be open from 7:00 AM to 9:00 AM and again from 4:00 PM to 6:00 PM to
help alleviate traffic congestion and reduce excessive use of the gate.

Gates will be open for the annual Norman Garage Sale. This year it will be held Friday, August
6th through Sunday August 8th. If we do not have any residents conducting a garage sale during this time, we will close the gate. Please plan on having your garage sale during this time period as this will be the only time we will open the gate for a garage sale.

If there is a board-approved event going on that will require excessive use of the gate we may
leave the gate open during that time period. This might include but not limited to the

Open House
Event at the clubhouse
Food Truck
Estate sale

During inclement weather, such as ice and/or snow conditions, the gate may be left open for
the safety of the residents and to hopefully avoid any damage to the gate.

All requests for the gate to be open must be given to our HOA management representative,

Springs residents,
While negotiating the landscaping contract we were able to include maintaining all front flower
beds and tree rings with grade A cedar mulch. This is the type of mulch that the majority of the
homes had installed when they were built. The board would like to maintain this service going
forward as long as it is feasible, but no guarantee is made. CGC Complete Grounds Care called
me and wanted to start adding mulch before the board was able to set the requirements for
homeowners who had a different type of mulch in their beds. Therefore, when they came out
to start the work, CGC was told to only add mulch to the beds that had existing grade A cedar
mulch already in them until the board was able to discuss this issue. During the last board
meeting the decision was made to address the issue of homes that had a different mulch other
than grade A cedar mulch which will be handled as follows:

If your flowerbeds and tree rings currently have a mulch that is not grade A cedar, the
homeowner has the option to have the existing mulch removed and replaced with grade A
cedar mulch and then CGC will start maintaining their beds the next time they perform this
service. It will be the homeowner’s responsibility to pay for the cost of removing the old mulch
and replacing it with grade A cedar mulch. CGC will have this service available anytime they are
in our neighborhood performing services.

The board apologizes for any inconvenience this issue may have caused, but we have been
trying to address all issues as quickly as we can.

During our last meeting we also discussed the pool season. Several residents wanted the pool
season to be extended and the cost for this would be an additional $200.00 per week to cover
daily testing, addition of chemicals as needed, and cleaning. We also were able to negotiate
the option of adjusting the pool season as long as the total number of weeks were the same as
the current season. The board decided to put out a poll on our Facebook page to see what the
residents wanted. The decision has been made, according to the poll, not to extend the season
but to move it out one week since Memorial weekend is usually too cold to use the pool but is
usually warm enough after Labor Day to continue the use of the pool. The pool season for this
summer will start Friday June 3, 2022 and will end Sunday September 12, 2022. We will revisit
this each year and try to meet the needs of our residents.

2021 HOA Dues

Springs at Greenleaf Trails HOA would like to thank all homeowners that have paid there 2020 HOA dues.  The 2021 HOA statements have been mailed out.  Please contact CSolutions at 405-421-5983 or 405-640-7146 if you have not received a 2021 HOA statement.  Please click on the Financials tab and pay dues if you prefer to pay your HOA dues online.  You will need your account number that is located in the upper right hand portion of your HOA statement.   Please note there are additional fees for online payments.  Stay Safe and HAPPY NEW YEAR!!!

2020 Annual Gathering

This year, due to the Coronavirus Pandemic and in accordance to CDC guidelines, we will not be holding our Annual Home Owners Gathering as we have in the past.

The purpose of this gathering was to have the opportunity to meet one another in a social setting as well as to provide community information. With the latter in mind,  a copy of the June 2020 year to date financial report is available under the financial tab.

Considering the recent news regarding COVID-19, and out of abundance of caution,

C Solutions HOA Management Group will be working remotely. We will have access to emails, phones, and accounts. C Solutions will continue to provide the best service possible to all of our homeowners.

Playgrounds, pools, and clubhouses will remain closed at this time. Pool covers will be removed as scheduled; however, the pools’ opening date(s) will be determined as the situation continues to unfold. Since our office is closed, C Solutions will be unable to issue pool key cards/codes or gate remotes until our office reopens. We apologize for any inconvenience this may cause.

2020 HOA Dues

Welcome to the new year.
If you are needing to pay your HOA dues and would like to pay online please click the financial tab and pay dues. You will need to set up an account and have your account number with you. Your account number will be located on your statement. If you do not have your statement, please contact the HOA at 405-421-5983 and the HOA will provide you with an account number. If paying by check or money order, please send it to Springs at Greenleaf Trails HOA, 15100 South Western Ave. Suite 100, Oklahoma City, OK 73170. Payments can also be taken over the phone by contacting the HOA.

Community Walk Around

Please join your neighbors in the annual Christmas walk around on December 6th. Walk around will begin around 7:00 p.m. at the clubhouse. Following the walk around residence will be gathering in the clubhouse for hot chocolate and cookies and fellowship. Happy Holidays!!!

2018 Annual Gathering

Please join me for our 2018 Springs at Greenleaf Trails HOA annual gathering in the clubhouse on Saturday, September 22nd. The gathering will held at 12:30 p.m. following the pot luck luncheon. I look forward to meeting everyone and this will be a perfect time for all homeowners to meet our new residence.
